We are looking for Talent Escorts in the Los Angeles, CA area who either have, or do not have prior experience, to come and join us for an opportunity to work our extensive list of award shows and televised specials.

For those of you that are asking, what is a Talent Escort, well its a member of our team who works directly with the celebrity talent that is appearing on the show as part of the production team. You will be directing your assigned talent from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave, walk them down the red carpet, get them to their dressing room, to their seats, to the press room, etc. You are basically making sure that your talent gets to where they need to be at any specific time for show related purposes. We handle many more shows other than those that we post for seatfillers, about 40 per year, so the opportunity to work and move up to a talent coordinator is there for those that may want to start a career in this business.

Being a talent escort takes a very specific person with a very strong personality who is a strong leader, is confident and is able to learn quickly, think on their feet and not second guess themselves. You also must be personable, friendly, able to work well with others and adjust to an environment that is high stress, yet fun and rewarding. This is not a position for those that are just looking to become famous, meet stars or get autographs and pictures.

Those that think they may want to try to do this need to read this email in its entirety and see if you are a good fit. Reading and following instructions is one of the 1st things a talent escort needs to do, so this is a good test. You also have to have a flexible schedule, that will allow you to work for a few days on shows when they happen, as many of these events do happen during the week.

We are only looking for those of you that live in the Southern California area, as we are based here and this is where 95% of our shows and events are, but if you do live elsewhere and want to put your name in the hat, just be aware that any and all travel related expenses to get to Los Angeles, CA will be at your own expense which is why we are really looking for those already living in the LA area.

If you wish to be considered, then you must meet the following requirements:

1. You must be at least 18 yrs of age or older and able to move around quickly, without the need for an assisted walking device nor be confined to a wheel chair in order to be a talent escort.

2. You must be a true leader, someone that is confident in themselves, is able to give direction as well as follow directions and not be timid or shy in anyway.

3. Have extremely good customer service skills, be very friendly and an overall happy person with the ability to keep smiling in a high pressure environment.

4. Get along with others and be very professional at all times.

5. Have a background in a profession where you have to communicate with people, work in a customer service related environment, be a college student or have graduated from college. (This is not mandatory, but is the type of person we are looking for)

6. You can also be a mom who takes care of the kids during the day and just needs something to break up your day with something different. (Again, not required, but just to give you an idea that this is open to anyone as long as you fit # 1-4)

7. Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work as needed on upcoming shows and events.
